Delete your account
This page explains how customers of Supreme Auto Glass Inc. (mobile windshield and auto glass service, Miami-Dade & Broward, FL) can request deletion of their account and the personal data associated with it. You do not need the app installed to use this page.
How to request deletion
- In the app: Account → Settings → Delete account. Re-enter your password (or type DELETE for Apple-only sign-in). Deletion takes effect immediately.
- On this page: enter the e-mail address of your account below. We e-mail you a 6-digit verification code; enter it to confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
- By e-mail: write to service@supremeautoglass.biz from the e-mail address on your account. We verify the request and process it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, phone number, e-mail address, service address and profile photo
- Saved vehicles and saved-vehicle preferences
- Password, Apple sign-in link, Face ID / biometric devices and all active sessions
- Notification settings, in-app notifications and the push-notification identity of your devices
- Unfinished (autosaved) quotes, 'continue on my phone' links and open or unaccepted quote requests (de-identified)
What is retained, and for how long
Some records must be kept to meet tax, accounting, consumer-protection, warranty, dispute-resolution and fraud-prevention obligations. They are kept only for the periods published in our Privacy Policy (Section 19), unlinked from your deleted profile, and then deleted or de-identified:
- Transaction, payment, invoice, receipt, accounting and completed-service records: retained for 7 years.
- Customer signatures and service-authorization records associated with completed services: retained for 7 years.
- Customer ID photos: retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal requirements, and deleted or securely de-identified when no longer necessary.
- Unaccepted quotes and related non-essential personal data: deleted or de-identified after 24 months.
- Warranty records: for the life of the applicable warranty.
- Consent records (your agreement to the Terms and acknowledgement of this Policy, with version, timestamp and technical metadata): for as long as needed to evidence consent.
- Account and other personal data: only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by applicable law.
Deleting your account does not cancel any amount owed for completed work, and does not delete invoices or receipts already issued to you. Google Play, Apple and card networks keep their own records under their own policies.
